Intracoastal to Miami

We will begin our trip in February, 2020 and travel down the ICW to Miami. We will be stopping along the way in Charleston, Savannah, Fernandino and Cape Canaveral as well as other spots along the way.

Freeport or Bust!

With sailing, you don't have plans...you have intentions. Our intention is to head for Freeport as soon as the Bahamas reopens after the pandemic  in Spring, 2020. It will be a long day sail from the US to Freeport and then we will figure out our next destination!

Freeport to the Exumas

We have made it to the Bahamas! Join us now as we move from the West End of Grand Bahama down through the Exumas to the end of the Bahamas chain. There won't be much sightseeing at this stage due to the approaching hurricane season but I am sure we will make the most of the time we have!

Exumas to the DR

​Join us as we travel from the Exumas, Bahamas through the Out Islands, through Turks and Caicos and to our home for hurricane season, the Dominican Republic. Once in the DR, we will be playing tourist for 5 months so we hope to see all that this beautiful country has to offer! 

DR to Puerto Rico

We have braved the Mona Passage and crossed from the Dominican Republic to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Amazing shorelines, an abundance of wildlife and lively culture make Puerto Rico a destination not to be missed!

Puerto Rico to US Virgin Islands

Venturing our way down the island chain to the US Virgin Islands. St Thomas, St Johns and St Croix are waiting to be explored! Join us as we see all this beautiful region has to offer! 

USVIs to Sint Maarten

Bypassing the still closed BVIs, we head into Sint Maarten to explore the Dutch and French sides of the island as well as the surrounding islands. We look forward to beautiful sites and delicious food!

Sint Maarten to Grenada

Navigating around Covid and hurricanes is quite the trek! Join us as we make our way down the island chain, stopping in Dominica for a week then making our way down to Grenada for hurricane season. We are ready for some open water and meeting amazing people!

Grenada to St. Vincent

St. Vincent and the Grenadines boast that their water is equally if not more beautiful than the Bahamas. Follow along as we determine if we agree!

Antigua to St. Maarten

Returning to one of our favorite places to haul out the boat for hurricane season chores. Join us for dollar beers and delicious food in St. Maarten, 2022. We are excited to see the island without wearing a mask!

Europe and Africa

Fly with us as we take trains, planes and automobiles on a grand European trip as well as Northern Africa and safari! History and culture awaits as we spend three months exploring two continents!

St. Barts, St. Kitts, BVIs

Before we leave the Eastern Caribbean, we have a few islands that we missed during the lockdowns. Join us as we begin 2023 with island hopping from St. Barts to St. Kitts and Nevis to the BVIs and then we head back to Puerto Rico to stage for our next big jump!

Leaving from Puerto Rico, we cross over to Aruba and then onto Colombia where we will home base to visit all of South America! Join as as we conquer a new continent!
